Campfire Banana Split and Other Dessert Foil Recipes
I want to go camping, start a campfire, just to make these scrumptious melty, gooey, marshmallowy desserts… There's definitely more to campfire desserts than s'mores.
Here are the camping recipes for the four desserts in the video.
- banana
- favorite campfire toppings*
Split banana lengthwise, push open like hot dog buns, add toppings.
Wrap in tin foil and cook over campfire for 3-5 minutes.
Smothered S'mores
- chocolate syrup
- marshmallows (plain or toasted)
- favorite campfire toppings*
Smother plain or toasted marshmallow with syrup.
Roll in your favorite toppings
Campfire Mini Pies
- Keebler ready mini crust
- favorite campfire toppings*
Fill mini crust with toppings.
Wrap in tin foil and cook over campfire for 3-5 minutes.
Peach Mallows
- peach halves (canned or fresh)
- mini marshmallows
- butter (optional)
- cinnamon sprinkle
Fill peach halves with butter and marshmallows.
Sprinkle with cinnamon generously.
Wrap in tin foil and cook over campfire for 3-5 minutes.
*Favorite campfire toppings: chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, crushed Reese's cups, crushed oreos, jimmies, coconut, M&Ms, nuts,… whatever your heart desires.
