You may be buying this cooler for camping but people buy outdoor coolers for the beach, deck parties, tailgating, etc.. so don't limit yourself to camping equipment stores.
Local bargain stores - If you are looking for a basic coleman cooler, try your local Walmart, Target or even Christmas Tree shop.
Specialty camping stores - If you have an REI store or Camping World store near you, you can find a bigger selection of coolers - wheels, collapsible coolers with or without wheels, thermoelectric coolers.
Online camping stores - Even if you are one of those who prefer buying from a brick and mortar store, go online and read gear reviews from folks who have purchased the products. At Amazon.com
eBay or Craig's List - If you plan ahead, you can find people on eBay (www.eBay.com) and Craig's list (www.CraigsList.com) who want to move their big bulky coolers out of their basement or cellars. Make sure the cooler is structurally intact, example, lid shuts tight and not misaligned.
Your cooler will be camping with you for many years to come. It can make a whole difference between grilling juicy rib-eye steaks you carried in your cooler or eating canned Spaghetti-Os.
